Subway in Magdeburg

Ordered "Philly Beef and Cheese Sub". Why is cheese also mentioned in the sub-name here? Although there is no more cheese than the other subs ??? 😕

At the beginning of our difficulties with the delivery service, after addressing the delayed time (2h) we were helped immediately with a credit note. Thanks to the Subway team for their understanding.

It's a shame that Subway refuses to raise its animal welfare standards significantly and to meet the criteria of the European Broiler Chicken Initiative. Therefore I can only assign one star at the moment.

The subway I trust. The employees are super nice and you immediately feel at home. The subs are always lavishly occupied and the wishes of the customers are catered for. When I go to another subway, I always regret it because you can tell the difference

Delicious Always fresh and very nice employees

Actually, you can't complain if you pick something up on site. This time was ordered. 2 sandwiches and a distance of 300 meters can not take a whopping 1 hour 40 minutes. When I opened the supplier with hunger pains, he also forgot the Coke, but still got it. I bit into the sandwich from the side and everything flew out below. The bread was not cut, but cut through. Pretty bad job was done here.

Super friendly staff, good, fresh food. So far I have always been very satisfied.

Subway does a lot of advertising for its new app, but the app makes no sense if it is not supported by the branches, as in this branch when I visited on August 4th, 2020. Instead of receiving a free sub for points I had collected, I had to pay for the sub that I ordered. Since I was not given a receipt for the purchase, I cannot even receive a point credit afterwards.

It was my second time to order a party record. During both visits, I was very unkindly informed that I had to order this plate two hours earlier - because according to the employees, there are other things to do. The shop was completely empty and the employees didn't look too busy either. After some discussion and when asked if I could order 4 whole sandwiches - which is equivalent to the amount of a party plate - I was told that this was not a problem. I then thankfully refused.

Best Subway in Magdeburg! I've been going to this branch lately. The staff is very friendly and always in a good mood, especially the boss. Everything was very clean and fresh.

Actually, the subs here are not that bad, w.z.B. in Neustadt or at the train station. The food is usually very fast. Unfortunately we got very scorched and inedible subs today, which we could not recognize before, but only at home. It's a joke that sold something like that. However, there is nothing wrong with the friendliness of the conditions.
